Feisty Feta Dip

Feisty Feta Dip | ScrambledandSpiced.com

Those of you that have been following my blog for awhile have probably noticed a trend… I LOVE a good appetizer. You may have also noticed that I LOVE cheese. So it should be no surprise to you that this recipe involves both. You are only 6 ingredients and a few food-processor pulses away from this delicious feta dip! This recipe was inspired by a Greek feta dip that I had at one of my favorite local Mediterranean restaurants. And if I may toot my own horn real quick, I like mine better. It is just the right amount of tang from the feta and red wine vinegar combined with a dash of heat from the red pepper flakes and fresh garlic. I dare you to have just one bite…

This recipe is dedicated to all my lazy entertainers out there! I realize that not everyone enjoys standing over a stove for hours like me, so I wanted to create something that is as simple as it is delicious. Unsurprisingly, this recipe is made simple by using my favorite kitchen gadget, my Cuisinart Food Processor. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you guys NEED this food processor. Hands-down, it is THE kitchen tool that I could not live without.
